| We are so proud of our Sheaster aka BISS ch Kyon's Passionate Sheaster (OS) (BISS ch Sherhaven Sheaman at Kyon CD (OS) X ch Kyon's Hearts Afire) who has now achieved top honours as a producer by fulfilling the requirements as a GRCC Outstanding Sire. Sheaster is an extremely versatile sire, thereby proudly following in the footsteps of his father (Sheaman) and his grandfather (Shea) . His offspring are succeeding in so many areas: Many are top-winning conformation champions, but even more have advanced working titles, both in the field and in the obedience ring-- others are working as guide-dogs or service dogs. 8 years young and best in specialty show winner Sheaster is available at stud at kyon kennels and is definitely the dog to use to improve working ability and drive. |

| We are delighted to announce that Oscar aka Kyon's Smoking Gun CDX, RAMCL,SMADC,SMGDC , N.S. Regional Winner (ch Dewmist Davenport (OS) X Ch Kyon's Smoke Without Fire) got his CDX on March 24/07 in Truro, Nova Scotia. Then; to continue his winning ways Oscar also won the "22 inch Special Division" of the Nova Scotia/Newfoundland Regional Agility Championship, April 28-29th. Oscar is always trained and handled by his owner Anne Charleton. We are so proud of this exceptional working dog and his very talented trainer/owner! | |||

| In one weekend, on June 8/9/10 of 2007 Bentley aka Kyon's ?? (ch Grenadier Northern Alliance X Kyon's Shine N Sparkle) finished his international puppy championship at the international dog show in Orlando Florida, with glowing reports from all 3 judges. Bentley was handled to this title by his owner Alex Georoff. | |||

| During July and August of 2007 Jasmine aka Kyon's Blue Jasmine (ch Grenadier Northern Alliance X ch Kyon's Sharp a Tack) had several impressive wins, including consistently placing in a strong Can Bred class at 3 specialties and winning the class at the Ont. regional. this was followed up with winning 4 points in early August at the Barrie and Owen sound shows. Jasmine way handled to these wins by Rebecca McAuley. To finish of the summer's success Jasmine was handled by her owner Maureen Kettenacher at the Maritime specialty to another WB win and a BOW the following day. Look for Jasmine to finish her title quickly in 2008! | |||

| We are truly excited about our young boy Mick aka ch Kyon's Rolling stone (ch Kyon's Hot to Trot x ch Kyon's Full Tilt Boogie) who had an astonishing quick show career through the summer of 2007 - with many exciting specialty wins including a Reserve Winner Dog at the Toronto specialty, plus 1st can bred dog at 3 other specialties in very strong competition (at the national specialty in Quebec, the Quebec regional specialty, plus at the Ontario regional specialty). He then finished his title with a major BOW at the Oakville dog-show on September 9th 2007. Mick is now available at stud here at Kyon kennels. He was handled to his title by Rebecca McAuley. | Brit aka ch Kyon's Burning White Hot CCA (ch Kyon's Hot Bugsey X ch Kyon's Burning Desire) finished his Conformation Certificate Award on October 6th at Garden State GRC. | At the Chatham shows on Nov 16/17 /07 Shea aka Kyon's Sudden Surprise (ch Dewmist Davenport (OS) X ch Kyon's Analyze This) lives up to his name by taking the WD points from the puppy classes his very first time in the ring. On Saturday he then also went all the way to Best of winners and then Best of breed, plus Best Puppy in breed. Quite a start to a show career! Bugsey has many outstanding offspring to his credit. His offspring excel in the show ring as he consistently produces well-balanced athletic dogs of wonderful breed-type and plenty of substance, with his wonderful easy-going temperament.
